Our Cancellation Policy
Our goal at TwentyOne01 is to provide the highest quality service to all our guests. We ask you to please be considerate of the fact that we are creatives working on commission. No-show's, late arrivals, and cancellations not only impact our team --- we miss the opportunity to give another guest the TwentyOne01 experience. We understand that sometimes cancellations are unavoidable. However, we respectfully ask for 24 hours notice for all cancellations. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a fee of 50% of the service price. Any no-show's on the day of service will result in a fee of 100% of the service price. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, cancellation fees may apply. We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Any cancellation fees will be applied to your card on file. We understand that unforeseen situations happen, and we reassure you that we will always be empathetic to your circumstances. Cancellations due to COVID-19 or illness must wait two weeks to reschedule their appointment(s), for the safety of our team as well as our other guests. We appreciate your continues support for our studio! Thank you.

Trained in the tradition of precision cutting companies such as Vidal Sassoon and Toni and Guy, we specialize in working with the fabric of hair.

Love and care for your natural hair
Starting at the shampoo bowl, we address your scalp’s health as well as the restorative needs of your hair to minimize breakage and optimize potential growth. *Recommended once weekly in lieu of chemical hair retexturizing. Series available upon request.
