COVID-19 Health and Safety Practices

We take your safety (as well as our own) very seriously.

For this reason, we ask all guests upon arrival to please wait outside, and we will let you into the building. Our staff and guests will have a temperature check and wear a mask and/or protective face covering. For the duration of your service, you and your stylist will be alone in the studio. This is to eliminate unnecessary exposure and spread of bacteria.

Extra time has been allotted between each guest to effectively sanitize the studio with antimicrobial and hospital grade disinfectants. All tools, capes, towels, and products will be continuously cleaned and disinfected between each guest.

We ask that you only bring essentials into the studio with you at this time. We cannot accept cash.

CANCELLATION Policy

No-show's, late arrivals and cancellations not only impact our team --- we miss the opportunity to give another guest the TwentyOne01 experience.

We respectfully ask for 24 hours notice for all cancellations.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the requested service price. No-show's on the same day of service may result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the requested service price.
